For example, Windows 10 Home N is the same as Windows 10 Home, but without some Windows default applications such as Media Player, Skype, etc. The general reason why Windows N exists is for the European market, where there are separate regulations on what can be included by default in Windows.

I currently use glasswire as my firewall but the installer file was tagged by hybrid analysis after I installed as malicious (could be false positives). I installed windows home N with the hope it would disallow the running of processes outside the MS store but it literally did not work at all which is suspicious in and of itself to me. I will purchase a new key or find where I wrote it down (I know I did somewhere). I have not included a windows key in this install as I am unsure of if it can be trusted, as well as I recently wiped my drive without pulling my key and attaching it to my account as I was very hasty to eliminate my install (regretfully) so there will be errors there, do not mind them. Doing background checks on IP requests being sent through chrome and legit windows processes has shown many complaints within the last month / week from multiple countries. There is the possibility of DNS hijacking as well, and evidence of botnet activity was discovered doing hex examination of files and processes over on Linux. Thank you so much for your help, I do believe this to be an APT as I have wiped OS multiple time using DBAN, and many other rescue disks to no avail.

I am just uncertain how to move forward and will now be posting logs for your experts to take a look. This is a brand new install and I'm already noticing things going awry, looking through Glasswire and seeing requests. I've experienced cross-OS manipulations of my enviornment variables.
