You'll definitely be engaging in a few pitfights along your way, earning money and building up your stats. Final Fight counters that with plenty of side-quests and minigames. Part of the problem with the beat-em-up genre is how shallow the gameplay and story progression are. Besides, you can always benefit from some backup.
